Your order will ship within 3 business days of the date that your order is placed. No expedited shipping is available.
We have no control over the shipping carrier and the timeline that they establish for delivery. We will process and ship your order within 3 days. The delivery time once your package has arrived at the shipping carrier, it is out of our control and is solely the control of the shipping carrier.
I understand that my order may not arrive prior to my event due to: 1) the date of my order. 2) the shipping carrier's timeline.
No refunds will be issued on orders that have already been processed. If the event is cancelled or a participant is no longer able to compete for any reason, if the order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Local pick-up means that you pick your order up at our facility in Carlinville, not at an event that we may be at.
